Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not charge a return fee or restocking fee for all orders that are eligible for return, but shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Bought for my brother, he said they are amazing
They shoes look good, are very tough, and more comfortable than I expected with a steel toe. I wish there was a wide size for the Kivini's though. These are close to the perfect fit. The 10.5 would have been too long, so the 10 is a true fit and these probably run slight wide because they are not too tight on my feet and I always need a wide.
My second pair of 9K shoes and they are completely worth it; they are lightweight, durable, impermeable and comfortable. Just what I need for my type of workplace. Only thing I feel they could improve is on a better insole it could be slightly thicker memory foam and they would be perfect. Recommend them to anybody that needs a strong shoe that's also comfortable and lightweight.
Work associates recommended the shoes. I was skeptical at first, but finally to give a pair a try. I like them, and will buy again. They feel like house slippers, very lightweight and comfortable. Also I like the way they look.
